These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Motions Academy mobile application (“App”), including all features, content, and services provided therein. By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Subscription Services
Motions Academy offers subscription-based access to its content and services.

• Subscription Plans: You may choose between a monthly or yearly subscription.
• Payment Terms: Payments for subscriptions are charged to your account at the time of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Cancellation: You can manage or cancel your subscription in the settings of your App Store or Play Market account. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

2. License to Use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, copy, or distribute any part of the App;
• Use the App in a way that violates any applicable laws or infringes on third-party rights.

3. Disclaimer of Liability for App Removal
Motions Academy may, at its sole discretion, remove the App from the App Store or Play Market at any time. In such cases, you acknowledge and agree that:

• The removal of the App does not entitle you to any refunds or compensation.
• Motions Academy is not liable for any disruption, loss of data, or inconvenience caused by the App's removal.

4. User Responsibilities
By using the App, you agree to:

• Provide accurate account information;
• Comply with these Terms of Use and all applicable laws;
• Take responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

5. Content and Intellectual Property
All content in the App, including videos, text, images, and software, is owned or licensed by Motions Academy. You may not use the content outside the App without prior written permission.

6. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information about how we collect, use, and protect your data.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Motions Academy and its affiliates are not liable for:

• Direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App;
• Errors, bugs, or interruptions in service.

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the App after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
